6 Week Beginner Yoga Series

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until December 19, 2018
Offered in a safe and nurturing environment, this program will break down and teach basic yoga poses that are used in a typical yoga class.
In addition to learning proper alignment, modifications with props and breathing techniques, participants will gain knowledge and body awareness that offers the confidence to take their practice to the next level.
6 week session- $60/ MWLC mbrs.; $75/ Non mbrs.
Begins 5:30pm on Wednesday, November 7 – December 19 (we will skip Nov. 21- Thanksgiving Eve)
Pre registration is required. Minimum of 5 students required to hold series.
