This Week’s Program:
Where do animals travel around Squam Lake? This family-friendly event will help you find, follow, and learn to identify animal tracks in the mud or snow and find and identify birds based on their songs and calls.
What to Bring:
Small sketch- or notebook and writing/ drawing utensil. Weather appropriate clothes and shoes for exploring outside.
Audience: Anyone interested in animals. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Hey it’s Meghan (she/they)! I studied astronomy and art for a while before getting involved in environmental work. I enjoy painting designs on shirts, and hope to create a fun design for one at this event!

Throughout the year, the Squam Lakes Association offers free programs open to the public on a variety of nature and conservation related topics. The Adventure Ecology programs are presented by the Lakes Region Conservation Corps members who perform important conservation work in support of the Association’s mission.
