Join Hermit Woods Winery & Eatery Founders Bob Manley and Ken Hardcastle on November 25th at 10:00 am for a short hike to Joseph Plummer’s grave site in the Hermit Town Forest. After the hike, Bob and Ken would like to invite you back to Hermit Woods Winery for a complimentary winery tour.

We will meet on Hermit Woods Road at the border of Sanbornton and Meredith. Hermit Woods Road runs between Rt 132 to the West and Carleton Road to the East.

There is a small parking lot on the south side of the road, and you can park along the roadside if there is no room.

The hike is approximately one mile and is relatively moderate. There is one stream crossing, which, if done carefully, will ensure you stay dry. However, the stream is shallow, and good boots should protect your feet either way.
