Winter 2026-2027 Season Passes
CLOSING DAY MOVED TO
SATURDAY, APRIL 4, 2026
Well folks, we’ve had an all-time run this winter but Mother Nature still wanted the final say on the season! Due to what’s forecasted to be a pretty soggy Sunday this weekend, we’ve made the difficult decision to bump up our final day of the season to Saturday, April 4. How does the quote go? “Ski areas make plans and Mother Nature laughs,” or something like that. Lifts will spin Saturday from 8 a.m. to last chair of the season at 4 p.m.
Don’t let Sunday’s rain dampen your vibe! We’re still celebrating the close of an unforgettable season on Saturday with pond skim, a beer garden, barbeque, live music, and an Easter egg scavenger hunt across the mountain. Pond skim registration is sold out but you can never have too many people in the splash zone! The fun kicks off at noon. Show off your weird, wacky, and wild costumes and join us as we send this season off with a splash!
Aligning with typical early December openings and early April closings for New England resorts, though actual dates depend on snow conditions, with nightly skiing starting mid-December and ending mid-March.

- Ticket Office Hours: The ticket office often has different, sometimes longer, hours than the lifts.
Tubing has closed for the season as of 3/15/26
It doesn’t get more fun in New Hampshire than snow tubing at Gunstock Mountain! You step into a provided tube, sit back, and let gravity do the rest. The wide, multi-lane hill lets you race friends or glide side by side, laughing the whole way down. When your run ends, a magic carpet lift carries you back uphill, so there’s no walking and no waiting long between rides. The lanes are smooth and fast, built just for tubing, which means more runs in less time. You can even tube under the lights at night, turning it into a great evening outing. Beyond tubing, Gunstock Mountain Resort in Gilford, NH also offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, and skijoring during winter.
