Hearthside Dinner – Remick Museum & Farm

This engaging and delicious evening begins with Museum staff guiding you “back in time” to learn about 19th- and early-20th-century kitchens and food preparation. Using historical recipes and tools, participants prepare foods using traditional ingredients and techniques to create an authentic, seasonal farmstead meal.
When the meal is ready, gather together at the hearth table to enjoy the savory foods you helped to prepare. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the meal.
