Hikers Club: Mt. Roberts First Viewpoint – Castle in the Clouds, Moultonborough NH
Led by an experienced volunteer hiker, this week’s hike is along Mt. Roberts Trailhead. This moderate to difficult level hike is about 2 miles and has an elevation climb of approximately 400′. This is a free program, though registration is required.
Please wear appropriate footwear for hiking and dress for the weather. Bring sunscreen, bug spray, and snacks as desired.
Please meet for this hike at the picnic pavilions by Shannon Pond. Hiker parking is available at the top of Ossipee Park Road just past Maple Lodge, and also in the unpaved areas across from the pond and Café in the Clouds.

This program is weather-dependent, and the Castle reserves the right to cancel if there are fewer than 4 total participants registered. If the Castle cancels the program, you will be notified via phone or email the day before the program. In the rare circumstance that we are forced to cancel, we hope to have you on another hike in the future!
