Homemade Pasta & Pesto Primer – Prescott Farm Environmental Education Center, Laconia NH

Come to this hands-on workshop to learn techniques for making and rolling fresh pasta dough. After making the pasta dough, we will turn it into a cheese-filled ravioli and ribbon-style noodles. Finally we will top it off with a homemade garden-inspired pesto.
Registration closes the day before this class begins. Please call for availability for same day registration.
Recommended Ages: Multigenerational
Physical Demand [1] = Activity is indoors or outside with up to 1/10 of a mile walking; includes both sitting and standing
