The City on the Lakes presents the annual Celebrate Laconia Lights Festival. Sponsored by Franklin Savings Bank, Melcher & Prescott, and Bank of NH. The Lights Festival, includes the City’s annual Holiday Parade, Santa Shuffle 5K Run/Walk, the Light-Up Laconia Holiday Decoration Competition, the City on the Lakes Holiday Walk, Food Court on Canal Street, and lots of activities for families and kids. The Celebrate Laconia Lights Festival Opens with the Santa Shuffle 5K Run/Walk at 10:00am, Saturday, November 25, 2023. Dress up in your most festive outfits and run or walk for Children’s Auction. We will have food trucks, Music and Activities downtown from 12pm until after the parade. Food trucks will be located on Canal Street. Follow the signs. Local businesses will be open and providing activities for families and Kids. Enjoy some great food, decorate your tree and enjoy the downtown. Come join us and share your holiday spirit.

Santa Shuffle 5K Run/Walk – Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 10am. Sponsored by Downtown Gym

Lights Festival Holiday Parade – Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 5:00pm.

Food Court on Canal Street – Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 12pm. 

​

Light-Up Laconia Holiday Decorating Competition – Register before December 2, 2023. Voting starts December 4, 2023 and ends December 24, 2023.

City on the Lakes Holiday Walk – Sponsor a Tree – Saturday, November 25, 2023 – Saturday, December 30, 2023. Tree will be set-up by November 19th. You can decorate between November 19th and 25th or later. We will be downtown from 10am-8pm November 25th with Food, Music, Activities, and Holiday Parade. Enjoy the downtown, decorate your tree and stay for the parade at 5:00pm.
