Interested in learning more about loons? Join us at the Gilford Public Library on June 15th from 6:00–7:00 PM! This presentation is open to the public and free of charge. Our presentations typically run 45 minutes, with time left at the end for questions. Topics discussed include basic loon biology, nesting and chick rearing, threats to loons, and the work being done to preserve and protect New Hampshire’s loon population.
