Mindful Morning Atop Rattlesnake: A Sunrise Hike

Wake up early for a mindful sunrise hike to West Rattlesnake! We will begin with some breathing exercises to center ourselves and our bodies and release any negative energies we may be feeling. Next we will set our intentions for the walk and for our day. Then we will walk silently up Old Bridle Path, stopping every once in a while to recenter our breathing and to focus on what we feel, smell, see, and can touch. We will end the walk at the top of the mountain where we will take time to journal with prompts and reflect on the morning and the rest of our day.
Registration is required. Space is limited to 10 people. Please register by Thursday, September 9th.
