Mona Frye is a multidisciplinary artist who turns creativity into community. She led a public mural in Springfield, VT and founded the Springfield Art Gym. Her work spans wearable art and event face painting, and she authored/illustrated a self-discovery coloring journal that fosters reflection and healing.

When not teaching, she designs one-of-a-kind jewelry, paints canvas shoes, and creates mixed-media collages and clay sculpture. Mona lives in Meredith, NH with her musician husband, Scott; in their “third act,” they savor each day and say yes to art-filled adventures.

Mona will lead a workshop on Artist trading cards.
