Super Stellar Friday: Telescopes As Time Machines – McAuliffe ShepardDiscovery Center, Concord NH

Looking back to Hubble, focusing on the James Webb Space Telescope, and looking forward to images from the Nancy Grace Roman, Jenny Powers will discuss how space telescopes have changed, expanded what we know about space, and taken us back in time.
Jenny Powers is the Director of Science for the Springfield Museums in Springfield, MA. A science educator for twenty years and the Family Engagement Coordinator for the Springfield Museums for six years, Powers is taking her knowledge of playful learning to the Science Museum in the form of interactive, immersive additions to the already beloved museum. She is the first woman to hold this position in more than 70 years.
