Before moving to the Lakes District last May\, she lived and worked as a full-time artist and teacher in the Berkshires of Western Massachusetts. She especially loves painting scenes of bustling towns and historic settings….and if there is snow involved\, all the better.  Over the years\, painting portraits of homes has become her specialty. “After leaving a high-tech career in 1994\, I had no idea a new career in art would be in my future. I just knew I loved creating and wanted to learn as much as I could. A few lessons at the local art school eventually led to taking all the art courses at the community college\, and then years of practice.  That’s how it started. Students will build a personalized repertoire book by exploring a variety of musical theatre styles and selecting songs that showcase their unique strengths. Emphasis is placed on acting through song—analyzing lyrics\, making strong character choices\, and connecting emotionally to the material. Throughout the course\, students will refine vocal technique\, performance skills\, and audition strategies\, gaining the tools and confidence needed to excel in upcoming auditions and on stage. \nAbout Madison Williams:\nMadison is a Theatre and Music Educator in the Greater Lakes Region. Currently\, she is the Director of Theatre at Laconia High School.
