SUMMARY:Haunted Winnipesaukee - The Belle From Meredith\, NH
DESCRIPTION:Thursdays\, Fridays and Saturdays from Meredith \nScary Stories and Desserts • Departing from Meredith \nDISCOVER THE DARK SIDE OF WINNIPESAUKEE \nDARK WATER. COLD DRINKS. UNSOLVED MYSTERIES. \nThe Winnipesaukee Belle is docked at the Meredith Town Docks\, located along Daniel Webster Highway\, Meredith\, NH 03253.\n\n\n\nExact Dock Location: Right on Meredith Bay\, directly adjacent to the Mill Falls Marketplace area.\n\n\nTICKET PRICING – Click on Learn More to Check Availability Thursday thru Saturday\, September 24-October 24\, 2026 \nFor Tickets Click on:  Learn More \n\n\n\nAdult (Ages 13+)\n$60\n\n\nChild (Ages 4-12)\n$50\n\n\nBaby (Under 4)\nFREE\n\n\n\nPrices do not include taxes or service fees.\n\n\n\n\nThis fall\, step aboard the newly refurbished Winnipesaukee Belle for Haunted Winnipesaukee—a 90-minute evening cruise through the darkest\, most unhinged history of New Hampshire’s largest lake. \nThink Lake Winnipesaukee is all sunset cocktails and serene views? Think again. Scratch just an inch below that resort finish\, and the water gets remarkably dark. We’re unearthing 18 tales of local horror\, bizarre history\, and genuine New England lore. \nEnjoy custom\, sinister cocktails from Tamworth Distillery—like The Graverobber\, infused with syrup tapped directly from colonial graveyard maples—plus a mid-cruise dessert break so you can stretch your legs (and calm your pulse). \nThe Belle’s multi-year restoration is officially complete\, her steel hull is tighter than ever\, and we’re 90% sure we patched all the holes \nPlease note: This cruise includes a live actor reading ghost stories that take place on Lake Winnipesaukee. For the enjoyment of other guests\, passengers are expected to remain quiet during the stories as they would for any other theatre performance. There will be times during the cruise where there are no performances\, where you can converse with friends and family. If you would prefer to join us on a cruise where you can be more social\, please select one of our Golden Hour Foliage Cruises \n\nCruise Features\n\n\n\n\n\nGhost Stories\nGhost stories about the Lakes Region will be performed by one of our talented Ghost Hosts. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDessert Included\nDuring your cruise\, enjoy a complimentary sampling of freshly-prepared seasonal desserts. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBar Service\nOur crew is ready to assist you with soft drinks\, beer\, wine\, and cocktails\, including special cocktails featuring spirits from Tamworth Distillery. SUMMARY:The Sugar Kings - Hermit Woods Winery\, Meredith NH
DESCRIPTION:Thursday\, October 22\n Purchase Tickets \n\nSugar Kings is a dynamic Boston-based quartet who transcend genres with Afro-Cuban influences of salsa\, rumba-flamenca\, rock\, and regga. Experience an evening of exceptional music\, delicious food\, and fine wine in our intimate and relaxed setting. \n\nComplimentary Wine Tasting at 5:30 to 6:00.\nDoors Open and Dinner Served at 6:00\nDinner Service Closes & Show starts at 7:00 PM (Drinks & Dessert served during show).\n\nAbout the show: \nSugar Kings is a Boston-based quartet known for their dynamic live performances\, rich harmonies\, intense musicianship and ability to transcend genres with an authenticity rarely heard. In their world\, respect is paid to the forefathers and traditions of Afro-Cuban Son\, Salsa and Rumba-Flamenca but Sugar Kings (named after a Cuban baseball team) also actively draw on influences from nearly every continent in their unique roots-rock-reggae repertoire. \nAll are highly accomplished on their instruments\, however the true magic of Sugar Kings is how these four individuals come together to put on a performance worthy of any festival\, party\, club or concert hall. Every show is an intimate dialogue between the band and their audience\, with both sides communicating in a manner that is spontaneous\, passionate\, thoughtful and joyous. \n“Patino Vazquez (vocals\, guitar\, tres)\, is a dynamic performer and singer who is at once approachable\, intimate and completely mesmerizing. Add in the African-influenced undulations of Mikael Mersha (vocals\, bass/contrabass)\, the soaring\, take-you-for-a-ride solos and harmonic accompaniment by Daniel Abreu (saxophone\, piano\, vocals) and the soulful voice and talents of Tony Curtis Hall (drums\, percussion\, vocals) and it’s impossible for a party to stop from breaking out\, wherever Sugar Kings perform.” \nHermit Woods is excited to bring talented artists from New England and beyond to perform for you. Each performance will provide you with an intimate\, up-close\, and personal experience with the performing artists. We ask our audience please refrain from talking during the featured show. Your silence will allow the artists and the audience to immerse themselves in the experience\, which is not otherwise possible in larger\, noisier environments. \nComplimentary wine tasting from 5:30 to 6:00. The Loft Doors open at 6:00. We encourage you to arrive early for our wine tasting and enjoy food and wine before the show. The kitchen will close at 7:00 pm. When the featured artists takes the stage we will ask that the audience remain quiet during the performance. After the show\, we invite you to interact with the artists and purchase any music or merchandise offerings if available. \nHermit Woods Winery \n\n72 Main Street\, Meredith\, New Hampshire 03253 \n\n\nContact: info@hermitwoods.com \n\n\n603.253.7968

SUMMARY:Chromatic Nature Exhibit - McLane Center in Concord NH
DESCRIPTION:Chromatic Nature Acrylic Painting Exhibit by Tracy Levesque: September 2-October 24 at the McLane Center in Concord \nArt exhibit viewing access may be restricted during private event rentals. Calling ahead to confirm is recommended.  603-224-9909 \nThe exhibit will feature a curated collection of Levesque’s vibrant acrylic paintings of New England’s incredible nature\, landscape and wildlife. \n  \n\n\n\n\nTracy Levesque Bio/Process: Tracy Levesque’s chromatic acrylic paintings blur the line between fine art and illustration. Reminiscent of stained glass\, each painting is constructed of translucent layers of paint\, three dimensionally sculpted and carved palette knife texture and delicate fine line brush detail. Levesque’s stunning visual style creates a dramatic interplay between fantasy and bold realism inviting viewers to engage with the intricacies of the natural world and the profoundly spiritual nature of landscape. \nLevesque’s work challenges conventional perceptions of reality transforming her art into a dynamic experience that shifts the viewer’s perspective. Each piece commands the viewer to look at nature as an infinite collection of details\, an organic managerie of patterns and shapes that come together to create an awe-inspiring story. Levesque’s paintings are more than just painted representations on canvas\, they are love songs to nature and an invitation to the viewer to take a thoughtful journey into how we perceive our surroundings. \nTracy Levesque is a New England based fine artist who was born in the beautiful Berkshire Hills of Western Massachusetts and is currently working out of her studio at Western Avenue Studios in the Merrimack Valley in Lowell\, Massachusetts. Levesque graduated from Brandeis University with honors in Theater Arts and English and American Literature. She is an amateur naturalist and an award winning artist that has been exhibiting her work nationally for over 30 years. \nYou can see more of her work online at: \n\nWebsite: www.tracylevesque.net\nInstagram: @birchlady\nBluesky: @birchlady\nFacebook: @tracylevesquefinearts\n\n\n\n\n\n\nMcLane Center\n\n84 Silk Farm Road\nConcord\, NH

SUMMARY:From Sails to Atoms: The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Exhibit - Wright Museum of World War II\, Wolfeboro NH
DESCRIPTION:  \nFROM SAILS TO ATOMS: THE PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD \nTEMPORARY EXHIBIT \n\n\nIn celebration of the 250th anniversary of the United States\, the Wright Museum will be highlighting one of New England’s most enduring contributions to the nation’s history: the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. \nOfficially established as a federal navy yard in 1800\, but the home of shipbuilding as early as the 1600s\, PNSY has a long and storied history. In it’s early days\, notable ships such as the USS Washington and USS Congress were built there. In 1855\, the shipyard was also responsible for the overhaul of “Old Ironsides\,” the USS Constitution. \nThe first submarine built at the shipyard was the USS L-8 in 1917.
