The “library” is simply a set of wines that are no longer available for public tasting. They are only available for sale. \nMark will take you for a brief walk through the cellar\, then bring you into the Birch Room (private room off the main tasting room) for a sampling of 4 (predetermined) wines from the library rack. This one-on-one experience with Mark is very educational as much as it is entertaining. This experience is for you. \nThe Seven Birches Winery tasting room\, and the experience offered there is an award-winning\, and highly rated experience\, open to the public. However\, many customers want a little bit more. They are searching for unique experiences that will linger in their memories for a lifetime. \nFounding winemaker\, Mark LaClair\, has spent his entire career creating experiences for people\, whether through the wines he crafted\, events that he produced\, or simply tasting experiences in the Seven Birches Winery tasting room.
