Across two days\, you’ll learn to brew better at home\, compare specialty and non-specialty coffees side by side\, identify common defects\, explore acidity and body in depth\, test your palate with blind sensory challenges\, and even trace what’s happening inside your espresso machine.⁠\n⁠\nFrom café owners and baristas to passionate home brewers\, each workshop builds practical sensory skills you can apply immediately- helping you taste with more clarity\, confidence\, and intention. \n  \n \n \nEastern Propane & Oil Live Music Series is BACK! \nThanks to our Platinum Partner\, Eastern Propane & Oil\, we have partnered once again with the NH Music Collective to curate an amazing lineup of musicians that’ll be performing throughout the duration of the weekend. This will be located on South Main Street between the BNH Stage and Hotel Concord and is open to the public.
