The Vento di Mare (Pinot Noir, Western Sicily) is reminiscent of a mixed berry jam with hints of cocoa & mushroom. It pairs well with grilled salmon, manchego, or a 70N beet salad.
The Villa Di Corlo Corleto (Lambrusco Grasparossa, Emilia-Romangna, Italy) is a zesty, full-bodied wine with notes of violet & white pepper. It goes nicely with cured meats like Mortadella & hard cheese.
