The flavors of the holidays shine in seasonal sweetbreads. Join us in our teaching kitchen as we learn about baking yeast-raised sweetbreads. Create a traditional holiday loaf of your own to take home and finish in your own oven. You may bring a rectangular box to take home your unbaked loaf. Participants should bring a lunch and may bring a rectangular container for carrying home their unbaked loaf.
Physical Demand: [1] = Activity is indoors or outside with up to 1/10 of a mile walking; includes both sitting and standing.
Cost: $40 Non-Members; $25 for Members
