Herb-Infused Honey Workshop – Prescott Farm Environmental Education Center, Laconia NH

Honey is already one of nature’s most incredible superfoods, but in this hands-on workshop, you’ll take it to the next level. We’ll explore the unique health benefits and flavor profiles of different honey varieties before getting creative. You’ll harvest pure honey right from Prescott Farm’s beehives and infuse it with your choice of fragrant herbs and spices to take home.
Whether you’re looking for a cozy weekend activity or a new culinary skill, this is the perfect afternoon escape.
