2026 Climate Impacts Maple Dinner – The Community Table at Lakes Region Community College, Laconia NH

March 26 @ 5:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Join us for our annual maple event!

Come together to share a big part of what makes NH special at the 2026 Climate Impacts Maple Dinner with special guest Andrew Chisholm of Chisholm Maple Farm in Hampstead. Andrew currently serves as president of the NH Maple Producers Association.

Maple syrup production is a New Hampshire institution, but the impacts of climate change are already affecting this economically and culturally important crop. Unless we act now, the maple syrup harvest will continue to be affected by climate change. Hear from local maple syrup producers, scientists, and elected officials about the impacts of a changing climate on the New Hampshire maple syrup industry. Celebrate the harvest and then take actions to protect this granite state delight!

The maple dinner will be produced by the Lakes Region Community College (LRCC) Culinary Arts Program Hospitality Club and will be held at their student-run restaurant; The Community Table at LRCC. Additional guests to come, including New Hampshire elected officials and community leaders..

Doors open at 4:45 pm, with the program beginning at 5 pm. This event is FREE and open to the public.

Register here.

The Climate Impacts Maple Dinner is sponsored by the League of Conservation Voters, Union of Concerned Scientists and the NH Sierra Club with additional program partners to be announced.
