Take in the tastes of fall and indulge in the art of pastry-making with Chef LaShunda Allen. This class will guide you through the creation of a maple apple frangipane tart. Participants will master the techniques for crafting perfect tart crust and making a frangipane: a sweet, almond cream filling. Combine these with local maple syrup and seasonal apples to make a delectable treat. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced baker, this class offers a blend of culinary education and delicious fun. Participants should bring a bag lunch for this 4 hour class.
