Jerry Lee Lewis was the original bad boy of Rock & Roll. Led by Jason Cohen, who has played Lewis in nearly 80 cities across North America, Great Balls of Fire brings the ivory-smashing superstar to life. With a five-piece band playing hits from the ‘50s and beyond, including “Good Golly, Miss Molly,” “Shake, Rattle, and Roll,” and “Whole Lotta Shakin’ Goin’ On,” this electrifying act will have you dancing in your seat!
After playing Jerry Lee Lewis in “Million Dollar Quartet”, Jason Cohen brings his high-energy performance to a new theatrical concert. Alongside his multi-talented, multi-instrumentalist band of singer-musicians, the audience will be quickly reminded of the power of those tunes. Featuring songs of Lewis’s contemporaries such as Elvis, Cash, and Buddy, as well as the New Orleans and gospel traditions that inspired Lewis, Great Balls of Fire will have the audience dancing, singing, and saying “Goodness gracious – when can we rebuy tickets again?!”
