Join LRCC members Macie and Kevin for a challenging hike in the iconic White Mountain National Forest. The Black Mountain Trail is a 4.2-mile out-and-back, leading to spectacular 360° views. In fact, it is one of the lesser-known 52 with a view. The trail starts out relatively flat and transitions to a climb in the last mile. To check out the trail on AllTrails, click here.

This hike is moderate, but we welcome all up to the challenge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Please note: Parking is very limited at the trailhead. We hope you can carpool with us in our passenger van from the SLA to the trailhead!
