| Bring on the fun! Join us for our next Lake Discovery Drop-In day on Wednesday, August 20th, from 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm. School aged children can build a boat that they will race in our Raingutter Regatta!
This session of our Lake Discovery Family Day will concentrate on buoyancy and propulsion. Participants will be introduced to concepts like force, motion, and aerodynamics in an age-appropriate way.
Come design, build, and decorate a boat of your own! Learn to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions related to the boat’s buoyancy and propulsion.
All Lake Discovery Days will touch on safe boating practices.
