Take a mindful stroll through the beautiful gardens while practicing contemplative image-making techniques that focus on awareness rather than technical perfection. All you need is any camera (DSLR, point-and-shoot, or even your phone) to join this transformative experience that combines nature, mindfulness, and creative expression.

Empowering Educators through Connection and Wellness: A Neuroscience-Aligned Approach

    In this course, participants will learn about the interplay of the brain and nervous system and how they react to stress vs. ease. Participants will learn about Adverse Childhood Experiences, Positive Childhood Experiences, Polyvagal Theory, and Trauma-Responsive Care. Participants will leave the course empowered to see student misbehavior as communication of nervous system dysregulation and utilize collaborative and strength-based interventions to support students.
