Notch Brewing has been “brewing session beer since before it was cool,” offering a unique experience that reflects a commitment to modest ABV and traditional styles. Founder Chris Lohring emphasizes the significance of craftsmanship and tradition. Unlike any other brewery, they uniquely serve Kölsch from spigoted stichfass barrels and create an environment focused on appreciating the art of brewing.
