Celebrate love this Valentine’s Day weekend with an exquisite dinner for two at The Hilltop Restaurant, Steele Hill Resort. Join us on Friday, February 14th, or Saturday, February 15th, for a delightful Prix Fixe Valentine’s Dinner.
Menu HighlightsFirst Course: Shared appetizer—choose from Vegetable Stuffed Mushrooms, PEI Mussels or Honey BBQ Sticky Ribs.
Second Course: Soup or salad for each guest—options include Lobster Bisque, Italian Wedding Soup or a House Salad.
Third Course: Choose your entrée:
Stuffed Airline Chicken with loaded mashed potatoes and sautéed mixed vegetables.
Butternut Squash Ravioli in a creamy amaretto butter sauce.
Grilled Swordfish with citrus scallion sauce and creamy carrot-tomato risotto with broccolini.
Beef Tenderloin wrapped in bacon with a potato au gratin stack and broccolini, finished with a rich béarnaise sauce.
