We’re celebrating New Hampshire Craft Beer Week and the Whimsical Forest theme with an enchanted five course dinner with beer pairings! Inspired by the Woodland Pub Adventures of Craft Beer Week, we’ve assembled a rustic and hearty meal for a sumptuous beer dinner. Each course will be paired with a different Hobbs beer.
Enjoy a full service, family-style meal complete with beers to pair with each course for just $59.

Course 1 – Foraging Board
A rustic spread inspired by early spring foraging. Ramps, fiddleheads, pickled red onions, roasted wild mushrooms, and herb‑whipped sour cream served with toasted beer bread.
Course 2 – Blueberry Fennel Salad
Shaved fennel, fresh arugula, pickled blueberries, goat cheese, and a spruce‑honey vinaigrette
Course 3 – Elven Hearth Bread
Rustic Tavern-style artisan bread made with Hobbs beer, served with whipped ramp butter and a touch of black lava salt
Course 4 – Porchetta with Rosemary Gnocchi
Slow‑roasted porchetta seasoned with garlic, fennel, and herbs, served over rosemary‑infused gnocchi with a light pan jus
Course 5 – Birch and Blackberry Stout Cake
Rich chocolate cake with blackberry compote, birch syrup, and cocoa soil
