Winter Caesar Salad

grilled baby gem lettuce, parmesan frico, sundried cranberries, crispy fried speck

& parmesan cream

Beef Bourguignon

French stewed beef with roasted garlic potato purée, carrots, onions & mushrooms

Suggested pairing: Bava Langhe (Nebbiolo – Italy) or Château Reynaud Lacoste (Bordeaux Blend – France)

DESSERT

Warm Sticky Toffee Pudding

sea-salted butterscotch caramel sauce, whipped vanilla cream cheese, & a honey lace cookie
