Find Some Zen

Free Your Inner Sherlock Holmes

Some of us thrive most when unraveling the latest mystery or solving an epic puzzle. If someone in your family just can’t be tempted by winter sports and attractions (“boring”), the Laconia Escape Room might be just the place. In October they opened a Camp Winnipesaukee Room and it has yet to be solved! Now, how’s that for a challenge? Find clues and solve puzzles together and try your best to escape this room in 60 minutes or less.

The Game’s Afoot

Explore the Great Outdoors

We have winter wonderland activities in store for kids of all ages. Now until February 28th you and your crew can experience Winter Dance: A StoryWalk® at Chamberlain Reynolds. This fun, educational activity takes a children’s story and brings it to life on popular walking trails. This particular journey introduces little ones to a variety of animals who are busy preparing for winter. Walk the Chamberlain Reynolds route while reading a story and keeping your eyes peeled for signs of animal activity!

Once Upon a Walk

If your family would rather write your own winter tale, the folks at Prescott Farm invite you to explore their 160 acres of trails, fields, and forests at your own pace. Snowshoe rentals are free for members, and $10 per person for non-members. Visit them any time Monday through Saturday 9AM-4PM and make tracks. They’re even offering adventure packs for extra family fun.
