Start your Sunday mindfully. Join Dani for an all-levels, gentle yoga flow (please bring your own yoga mat!) and simple guided meditation. Once we’re feeling grounded, we’ll set conscious intentions to start the week on a peaceful note with some journaling. (Journals included). Then, enjoy a delightful brunch and inspiring connections in a charming seaside setting with scenic views of Sagamore Creek.
